和食の基本、おだしとうまみについてお料理を作りながら理解する教室です。一汁三菜の和定食かお寿司（お吸い物付き）をお選びいただけます。

Let’s cook Japanese food together with fresh vegetables of Ishi-town! Experience of cooking washoku, will help you to understand about Japan. We make dashi-soup by yourself with Japanese traditional dashi ingredients. Dashi-soup is the basis of Japanese food and it helps understanding about Umami and Washoku, Japanese cuisine. Chose what you cook, Teishoku(a set menu of Japanese food, such as rice, miso-soup, and 3meals) or Sushi(include 2 kinds of sushi, nigiri-sushi and rolled sushi and Osumashi,Japanese soup). If you are vegetalian, I can prepare for it.
